Kahlua Chocolate Mousse

Kahlua Chocolate Moussel

4 ounces butter
2 large egg yolks
2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Melitta Traditional coffee, strong
1 tablespoon Kahlua
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
6 ounces of your favorite chocolate
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream

Over low heat, whisk first five ingredients until well blended. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over mixture. Let stand one minute. Stir in chocolate. Cook over low heat until gelatin dissolves and chocolate melts. Let cool. Add vanilla extract and heavy cream and beat until still peaks form. Serve in your favorite cup.
