2 cups brewed Melitta Traditional coffee, cooled
2 10 ounce cans apricot nectar
2 cups coffee ice cream, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Place coffee, apricot nectar, ice cream and sugar in Toastmaster or Russell hobbs blender or mixer. Blend - mix for 30 seconds. Add milk and almond extract then blend well. Serve immediately in tall glasses for added effect. Makes 6 servings.
